Form Letter Templates Screen
Use this screen to add, view, and edit Form Letter Templates.
Description of fields on the screen
| Field Label | Description |

| Add | Select this option to add a new Form Letter Template. |
| Edit | Selecting this option allows you to edit, activate, and deactivate a Form Letter Template. |
| Active | When checked, the Form Letter Template can be selected from within the workfile. |
| Name | This field is the name of the Form Letter Template. |
| Description | This field describes the Form Letter Template. |
